His focus at ReProxy is on building intelligent operational systems that simplify workforce coordination, compliance, attendance, rota planning, task management and business operations through practical technology.

Six sites, two specialisms, eight weeks to stand up the team.

A six-site outpatient group acquired a seventh site mid-portfolio review. Operations had eight weeks to recruit a full clinical leadership team (registered manager, two nurse leads, three deputies), bed in a CQC-ready operations layer, and ensure no continuity gap during the estate transition.

Three other agencies had been engaged. Two delivered CVs. None had filled a role.

Every engagement at ReProxy is built on one quiet principle: your operation is our operation for the time we're trusted with it.

The standard model in this industry — vendor on one side, client on the other, contracts policed by procurement — produces a particular kind of relationship. The supplier optimises for their margin. The client optimises for compliance. Real operational risk falls into the gap between them. Everyone is technically doing their job. The operation still suffers.

I built ReProxy because I've sat on both sides of that gap, and I think it's a solvable problem. The fix isn't better contracts. It's a different relationship.

What "joint partnership" means in practice for us: we are accountable for the outcome, not just the input. We staff our engagements with people whose names we'll put on the line. We tell you what we'd do if it were our business — because, for the duration of the engagement, it is. We don't hide behind "the brief said." And when something goes wrong — and in real operations, it sometimes does — we're the ones picking up the phone first.
